You will gain a practical and up-to-date understanding of the use of classic immunosuppressants and biologic therapies in dermatology.
You will acquire the tools needed to make safe and effective therapeutic decisions. These are some of the key topics you will explore in the course:

• Principles of use, indications, and monitoring of classic immunosuppressants such as systemic corticosteroids, methotrexate, azathioprine, mycophenolate mofetil, and cyclosporine A.

• Mechanisms of action and clinical application of biologics including anti-TNF, anti-IL17, anti-IL23, and anti-IL4/IL13 therapies.

• Exploration of new therapeutic targets such as JAK inhibitors and anti-IL31 agents.

• Introduction to emerging therapies such as anti-LAC and anti-BTK for selected conditions.

• Treatment selection, long-term management, and clinical decision-making based on real-world case studies of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, lupus, pemphigus vulgaris, and alopecia areata.
